About Ryan
I am the owner of NuHouz Realty, born and raised here in the Kansas City Area. I grew up in South Kansas City through age 10 and ages 10-20 in Pleasant Hill, MO. I moved to Lee's Summit as an adult and have resided here most of my adult life, so you can say I have the perfect mix of city and country in me ;) I am married to my gorgeous wife Jessica and we have three wild and Jesus loving little tornadoes, Jack, Rylee, & Calvin. I head coach my son's football team and it has become my new favorite hobby! I love to golf, camp, 4-wheel, spend time at the Lake of the Ozarks at our cabin, travel, and overall, get out on adventures! I also enjoy renovating houses and creating digital content like this website and my home buying and selling guides from scratch!
I started working at the young age of 13 washing dishes and helping with my entrepreneur mom and her photography business that is still going on today after 30 years. I found myself wanting to work than be at school and I almost always worked 2 jobs, later running a lawn business on top of my many years in residential home construction.
After ten years, I decided to leave the home construction field and got into the mortgage business in 2011 for a long-term career path. While helping 200+ families with home loans per year, I tripled our business while running our company's marketing and found myself helping many local agents get more business through ads and marketing. This blossomed into demand on a national scale, where I started creating marketing material for top producing agents across the US! At that time, I was also running a successful program to help For Sale by Owners advertise their properties. I felt that God opened the door wide to take the leap and leave my successful career as a loan officer and get into real estate full time back in 2016. I remain a loan officer to stay in tune with the market and I help my clients and family when they need an outstanding home loan anywhere along the way.
I am a top producer and award-winning agent under United Real Estate Kansas City. I intend to keep that up by finding new, innovative ways to market homes with the same love and care that you have put into it yourself over the years. I look forward to helping my clients transition from one house to the next while providing sound advice in one of their biggest investments and exciting times of their life!

Ryan's Mission Statement
My mission in creating NuHouz Realty was to change how real estate is done. Too often, agents have gotten a bad rap for lack of attention to buyers' needs and a lack of any effort to sell client’s homes.
I do not believe in creating a business to solely make money, but to create a business that makes this industry better in the long run. I always put clients first and trust in God to take care of my family financially instead of always chasing paychecks. This strategy has rocketed my growth to be nearly 100% referral based and I hope to work with you soon!
As the market rapidly changes, I will continue to obsess on ways to sell homes through technology and viral marketing further to put more hard-earned equity into my client’s hands.
